Joe is an absolute legend! After two plumbers not turning up, I called Joe and he was here within the hour to check what had to be done. The next day he arrived, did an excellent job on the problems, and diagnosed very well. Our plumbing system needs to be overhauled but he got everything working. Due to issues with the system (out of Joes control), the system went down again overnight. He arrived at 11am on a Sunday morning to free the system up again and show me what had to be done if it happened again, and the system has been running perfectly since. I'd have no problem recommending Joe if you need anything done, and I'll be recommending him to all my friends and family. Thanks Joe!

A tricky plumbing job involving a cracked drain, sink replacement, and leaking bath sorted out by Joe without fuss or delay. Great work and will use again.

I had a serious problem with a concealed shower valve and called Joe more in hope than expectation to see if he could fix it. He was on site within the hour and gave the whole shower system a thorough once-over to identify the problem. He was courteous, knowledgeable, meticulous and efficient, and best of all, he didn't charge me a cent for the call-out! A credit to his trade!!

I spoke to Joe over the phone last week and he arrived on the dot of 10 am on Sat morning as arranged. He had a thorough look at the damp patch on the living room ceiling and suspected it was a leak from the piping in the bathroom above. He was back at 8 am on Mon morning, I left for work as normal, and by the time I got home it was repaired with a new part, sealed, boxed back in, painted and there were no signs that he'd been at all. Considering a new bathroom renovation with Joe and would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone

I would not rate this tradesman. After we placed the order with him, his attitude to the work was entirely unprofessional. He was 6 weeks late with the delivery of the cabinets and did most of the work on site rather than in his workshop, as originally promised. The workmanship was very shoddy and not to the agreed specification. We are entirely unsatisfied with the work, and we intend to take out the installation ourselves and hire somebody else now to start again. We are out of pocket as a result and very unhappy with the overall project.
