I hired Brian to take care of a lists of small projects around the house, he replaced roof tiles, cleaned my cobble lock, fixed some dodgy kitchen drawers, filled & painted the walls in the hall ... All work was carried out to perfection. I will certainly be calling on him for all my household jobs in the future.

Brian recently gutted and refitted an ensuite bathroom (including tiling of walls and floor) and did a really superb job, the work is faultless and Brian was punctual, fairly priced and completed time within the timescale available. Great guy, really first class work and I am so pleased with the results provided, he is being ear-marked now for my next renovation project. Absolutely 5 star.

Brian just finished our dormer attic conversion (pics on site), we found him to be extremely accommodating in everything we asked of him. His work is of the highest standard and his dedication is even higher. We could not be happier with our new attic and could not rate or recommend Brian enough, and will definitely call Brian again to do any future work, a big thank you from the kids for their new room

Brian recently completed a bathroom refit (pictures on website) which i am delighted with. The job included removing existing tiles, where a leak was encountered and required plaster board replacement, all completed with no problems by Brian. The tiling looks 1st class and v professional, delighted with it. To finish the look I also had a new sink unit fitted and a large mirror fitted on the wall with glass shelving which Brian sourced and measured for me, they really put the final touch the room. I found that no matter what problem was encountered, be it with the leak or plumbing issues they were rectified and repaired professionally and with no hassle from Brian. Job was finished on time and at a very reasonable price. I would fully recommend Brian and KCS and will hopefully be asking them to come back in the future to do other work.

Brian from KCS has just finished a complete bathroom fitout for us, he came on time every morning and was a pleasure to deal with, he removed the suite, removed the old tiles, re tiled the Walls and floor and reinstalled the suite and fitted a new shower door, he also tiled the floor in the ensuite and painted the living room and kitchen, the house was spotless after he left, the quality of the work is fantastic and for a great price also, would highly recommend

KCS just completed a list of small jobs for me , plasterboard ceiling repair, fireplace surround repair and paint, and paint a bedroom and my garage doors, Brian had everything done in a day and a half, the finish is fantastic, spotless clean, arrived as aranged weeks in advance, one phone call, hassle free. Will be hiring KCS for all maintainence on my rental property from now on.

Hired KCS renovations for a small ceiling repair, Brian called over and had the job done very quickly and was very professional , no messing around, one phone call , came at time and date aranged , quick, clean, and very pleasant to deal with, we are getting KCS to do our bathroom renovation in a few months, looking forward to the finished product.

Brian from KCS tiled a bathroom for me at short notice. We were under pressure to get it finished before the plumber returned for the 2nd fix and Brain worked late to make the deadline. His workmanship was excellent and he even used a laser line on every row of tiles which meant that the end result was flawless. Very versatile Brian moved a light switch for me and skimmed an area where we had a Velux window installed saving me the time, hassle and expense of getting two other tradesmen. I would highly recommend KCS rennovations.

KCS did a reface of our kitchen and added some units. This allows me to have more room with better storage and organisation. My plain standard kitchen is now stylish and funky, but still really functional for a family with children. The fit out took a day, there have been no after care problems. Kealan from KCS was able to give us great pointers to maximise our needs while keeping our costs down, and working with the pieces we already had. Virtual kitchen plans also helped us plan exactly what we wanted, and the range of doors, colours, options, etc has given us a bespoke kitchen that has made our home much more enjoyable. Everybody who comes into our house compliments it. All in all, we made a great decision going with KCS for our kitchen.

We hired Brian to do our kitchen and bathroom, i was so empressed with Brian work we decieded to go on and get the whole house done, new floors, doors, fitted wardrobe`s. Brian was very helpfull with showing us different ideas, he put in some beautifull wooden ceilings downstairs, which people still comment on how lovely they are. Brian was very friendly and very easy to get on with, our job took a little over 6 weeks and i could`nt fault brians work, and never had to have him back, i would highly recommend Brian, and would have him back anytime

We hired Brian for a couple of days ad our "to do" list was getting longer and longer and what with work,kids etc we just were not getting around to doing all those odd jobs. We found Brian 2 b really good at what he does. He came up with some great ideas whilst keeping costs down. the fact that he does plumbing and electrics as well was such a bonus. Most importantly 4 me was that Brian was a great comunicator and really listened to what we wanted. He was eager to work,I wud definitely hire him again.
