Francis provided professional service from start to finish. From getting a quote to finishing the job he was very professional. He replied promptly, he gave me a date and time that suited me. he text 40 minutes before the agreed time to confirm he would be there on time. He turned up on time. The job was replacing 3 taps. He did this without any problem. Left the place tidy as he found it. Took away the old taps to dispose of them. Highly recommend Francis and will be passing his number on to anyone who asks. Highly recommended
