I meant to post this review a few weeks ago: Owen responded to my request promptly, completed the job professionally and neatly, at a fair price. He replaced thermostatic shower mixers and heads. Not a simple job, as when the showers were first installed (years ago) the hot and cold pipes were on the wrong sides. Other plumbers did not attempt to fix this problem. Owen traced back the pipes for one of the showers and was able to switch pipes to correct sides; for the other shower he found a solution that ensures the shower works perfectly. It is refreshing and reassuring to meet a professional tradesman. I highly recommend Owen - professional and friendly.
