Pat and Kevin recently did a great job renovating an onsuite and downstairs WC for us. The written quote was competitive and extremely detailed, perfect for knowing in advance what has been agreed between both parties before work is underway. Pat was very helpful before and during the works, altering the tile size for us a week before he started on our request. He also recommended a slight design change for the onsuite after the demolition works were complete and this worked out really well for us with zero extra cost. His tiling and plumbing are first rate. At the end of each day Pat and Kevin left the site tidy and as clean as can be expected. When we decide to revovate our main bathroom, we will be contacting Pat without hesitation.

The initial part of the job onvolved the tricky raising of the height of an archway in a structural wall where the space between the top of the archway and the underside of a stairs was very limited. We chose this contractor because of the detailed outline of his approach to this problem in his quotation. Luckily this selection also gained us a perfectionist as Pat not only successfully raised the arch and the floor but also refitted a bathroom to an exceptionally high standard. We will certainly use Pat again for other jobs and would recommend him most highly whether your job is a straight bathroom refurbishment or one that combines it with some construction.
