If you're looking for a trustworthy and honest contractor, KB Construction is an excellent choice.
Michael came to my place for a quote on insulating and finishing an extension. He very honestly assessed the structure's poor quality and explained that the project wasn't worth pursuing in its current state. Insulating and finishing without rebuilding would be a waste of money and likely lead to significant problems later. While the work could technically be done, he recognized the risks and potential future issues.
I appreciate that he could have simply given me a quote, taken my money, and done the job. Instead, he refused to start a project that would ultimately cause me a lot of trouble. That's integrity.
