Craig serviced the oil boiler for a house we have just moved into. The boiler had not been inspected for quite some time but he was able to complete the service promptly and also identified very quickly the cause of numerous other problems with the central heating while he was there - I'm very impressed with the speed of his assessment, the technical knowledge needed to be able to do this, and the explanations in terms a customer can understand. I'm happy to say I've booked him in to come back and fix them, plus a couple of other things we needed doing. He calls in advance to say when he is on his way with an ETA, which enables me to plan my day. Totally recommended, thanks Craig!

First class and highly recommended. Michael responded to my job request and follow up enquiries promptly and professionally. He arrived on time (which was quite early as agreed) and completed all work to a very high standard.
We needed a radiator replaced and relocated, some pipework moved and our boiler serviced. Michael and Tom worked to complete everything and gave us some advice and corrected a couple of other minor problems and then checked our heating system afterwards to ensure all is running efficiently. Everything was left clean and tidy.
Excellent service all round and we will be calling Michael again should we have any plumbing requirements again in the future.
