Craig serviced the oil boiler for a house we have just moved into. The boiler had not been inspected for quite some time but he was able to complete the service promptly and also identified very quickly the cause of numerous other problems with the central heating while he was there - I'm very impressed with the speed of his assessment, the technical knowledge needed to be able to do this, and the explanations in terms a customer can understand. I'm happy to say I've booked him in to come back and fix them, plus a couple of other things we needed doing. He calls in advance to say when he is on his way with an ETA, which enables me to plan my day. Totally recommended, thanks Craig!

My boiler broke down just before Christmas. Mark called out and did a full replacement installation over the holiday period. He was efficient, friendly, experienced & tidy. He explained the process in an easy to understand manner. I’d highly recommend him if you needed any work done.
